MELANIE BRACEWELL (NZ)

Mel Bracewell has taken the Australian comedy scene by storm and has just returned to Australia after touring the UK with her smash hit show Attack of the Melanie Bracewell. We watch Mel as host of The Cheap Seats, and on Have You Been Paying Attention?, as well as being very funny on the internet, but on stage is where she is at her very best. We also love taking Mel to wine country, and showing her there is more to life than Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

CHARLIE PICKERING

Our MC for Sunday is the one and only Charlie Pickering.

You know him best as the host of The Weekly with Charlie Pickering, which has been running for 10 seasons on the ABC, but before that he was a regular on the small screen. Charlie built his reputation as one of the best Australian stand-ups of his generation, with award nominations both at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

We’re thrilled to be getting Charlie out of his busy schedule for the day to come and MC the Sunday festivities.

MERRICK WATTS

As ever we will be keeping the Grapes of Mirth head clown busy, he will be hosting wine masterclasses, barbecue feasts, a wine run, and appearing alongside Ethan and Sweeney. If you make it through the weekend without seeing him somewhere we’ll be impressed.

NICK CODY

Nick’s comedy has taken him all over the world, with regular high profile appearances in North America and Europe, in Australia he tours extensively selling out wherever he goes, and is a regular on our airways and screens. Last year Nick MC’d a comedy bracket at Comedy in the Vines, this year he’s back to do a 20 minute power set, then drink all the wine.

ALEX WARD

“Wardy” is one of the best comedians to hang out with off-stage and even better to watch on it. A regular on shows like “Have You Been Paying Attention?” Alex is one of Australia’s most exciting new voices.
