IN THE WINE OF FIRE
Comedy in the Vines is proud to present the World Premiere of In The Wine of Fire, a collaboration between pitmaster Adam Roberts and Grapes of Mirth. Adam has authored many barbecue books and is Australia’s leading pitmaster, he is bringing down his huge custom-made beast of a barbecue for its second-ever outing (it was first seen at VIVID Sydney this year). Adam will be showcasing a range of different meats and techniques, in a truly unique al fresco barbecue degustation on the banks of the Goulburn River, with matching wines provided by our host with the most, Mez. There are only 80 tickets available for the feast so get in quick.
