IN THE WINE OF FIRE

Comedy in the Vines is proud to present the World Premiere of In The Wine of Fire, a collaboration between pitmaster Adam Roberts and Grapes of Mirth. Adam has authored many barbecue books and is Australia’s leading pitmaster, he is bringing down his huge custom-made beast of a barbecue for its second-ever outing (it was first seen at VIVID Sydney this year). Adam will be showcasing a range of different meats and techniques, in a truly unique al fresco barbecue degustation on the banks of the Goulburn River, with matching wines provided by our host with the most, Mez.
